Legal
Privacy
This policy is short because the site does very little. It covers this website only. If you become a client, how we handle data in the course of the work is set out in the engagement agreement instead.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company, your website, the budget range you select, and your message. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on the site.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to work out whether we are a sensible fit. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the enquiry is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes. If it goes nowhere, it gets deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Who else sees it
The form is handled by a third-party form provider, and enquiries reach us through a standard business email service. Both process the data on our behalf and neither is permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. If we run analytics, it is a privacy-preserving measure of page views with no personal profile attached.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and say so in the message.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page.
